Ashley Hill Janitorial Supplies is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. We offer a money back guarantee for unused items returned within 60 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories. Please contact us via Email at: [email protected] or call us at (877) 801-5048 for complete instructions on how to handle the return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued and at the same time you will be instructed where to return the merchandise. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via a traceable carrier (ie: UPS, FedEx) and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise, minus 25% restocking fee will be refunded to you.
Return of stocked items received within:
- 0-60 days of invoice date... 25% restocking fee (Customer Choice Returns)
- 61 days or longer ..... No Returns Allowed
Customers are responsible for coordinating the return of all products and pay any and all applicable fees including but not limited to freight, restock, UPS Call Tags, etc.
No Returns for products which are NON-RETURNABLE or:
- Discontinued, Damaged
- Special Order Items
- Non-Stock or Close-Out Merchandise
- All return merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging.
- In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as, damage, shortage or mispick, please notify office within five (5) business days of receipt.
Note: All floor machines and equipment sales are final and covered by factory warranties.
