Shipping and Delivery


Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground Service or common carrier, depending upon weight and size of shipment. Note: Some items including hazardous materials and aerosol products cannot be shipped via UPS due to regulations.Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified. Normal delivery and shipping charges shown are within the continental United States and ship within 1-3 business days.


International/Overseas Orders


Ashley Hill Janitorial Supplies does not currently ship orders overseas or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada. Note: Some items including hazardous materials and aerosol products cannot be shipped overseas due to regulations. We have no problem shipping to a mail/freight forwarding company that will in turn ship the goods overseas for you. Ashley Hill cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Need your shipment quickly? Indicate in the comment section of your order that you require expedited delivery. We will Email you with your options and the costs that will be added to your order total for consideration. Once we receive your reply, your order will be processed and shipped. We offer expedited services through UPS.



Return Policy: Shop Online with Confidence

Ashley Hill Janitorial Supplies is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. We offer a money back guarantee for unused items returned within 60 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued. You will receive a return service label with additional return instructions.  The cost of the merchandise, minus 25% restocking fee will be refunded to you once item is received back into inventory. Return of stocked items received within:

  • 0-60 days of invoice date... 25% restocking fee (Customer Choice Returns)
  • 61 days or longer ..... No Returns Allowed
Customers are responsible for coordinating the return of all products and pay any and all applicable fees including but not limited to freight, restocking fees, UPS Return Service Labels, etc.

No Returns for products which are:
  • Discontinued, Damaged
  • Special Order Items
  • Non-Stock or Close-Out Merchandise
  • All return merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging.
  • In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as, damage, shortage or mispick, please notify office within five (5) business days of receipt.
Note: All floor machines and equipment sales are final and covered by factory warranties.
